WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?
Because of Aporei's dedication to customer service, all merchandise purchased at full price are eligible for a refund if they meet the following requirements:
- Item/s must be in good condition and sealed in original packaging
- All original tags must still be attached
- Have not been worn, washed, soiled, or altered in any way
- Contact has been made to Aporei office within 14 days from the date you received your order for a refund, less return shipping cost
- Contact has been made to Aporei office within 30 days from the date you received your order for online store credit only valid for 1 year, less return shipping cost
Aporei may refuse the return of items where the above conditions have not been met.
To return or exchange an item please follow these steps:
- Within 14 days of receiving your purchase, please email us at info@aporei.com and let us know your name, order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your email is received, we will send instructions for sending back the item of concern.
- Aporei does not cover return shipping cost. This will be incurred at your expense. We recommend using a registered postal service with a tracking facility, as we do not accept responsibility for any loss incurred due to return shipping.
- Once received, your exchanged item will be sent to the address of your specification, or the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment form. This processing typically takes between 3-5 days.
If you have a special circumstance and need the exchanged item expedited, please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange an exception.
All garments are made from high quality fabric and are quality checked prior to shipping.
WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an email from info@aporei.com once your order has been received and you will receive an additional email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.
If you need additional assistance, you may send an e-mail to customer service to inquire about the status of your order.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, we cannot change or cancel the order. If you need additional assistance, you may send an e-mail to customer service.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A GIFT I RECEIVED?
If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange the item for online store credit only. Please send an e-mail to customer service to make arrangements for an exchange.
WHICH CREDIT CARDS DOES APOREI ACCEPT?
Our online store currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In addition, you can check out via Paypal or Amazon Pay.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH AN APOREI PRODUCT?
In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty garment, please email us as soon as possible at info@aporei.com and we will assist you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?
Your store credit will be in the form of an online gift card. You will receive an e-mail detailing the instructions on how to use the gift card once it has been granted. Please send an e-mail to customer service if you need additional assistance on how to redeem your gift card.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All items are in stock unless listed as “SOLD OUT”. Please note that even if you have an item in your shopping cart, another customer can still purchase it until you have completed your order. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure that the item is available upon checkout. If a specific size of an item is not listed, that means we do not have that size in stock.
MY ITEM THAT I RECEIVED LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN ONLINE. WHY IS THIS?
We have made every effort to ensure that our merchandise is displayed as accurately as possible on our online store. However, computer monitors vary in their display and thus we cannot guarantee that the color of our merchandise is displayed accurately on your monitor.
